We often see multiple food sensitivities in clients who suffer from skin condition like eczema. The approach that we find works best in a case like this is to start by removing what hurts and then add in what heals.

Here’s how we might approach that:

Remove — 

  1. Avoid as many of the foods on the list. We don’t recommend cutting out all these vegetables but reducing their intake. Leafy greens are often best tolerated. 
  2. Sugar
  3. Food additives
  4. Caffeine

Replace — 

  1. Probiotics, L-Glutamine, Aloe vera, bitters and digestive enzymes to heal gut inflammation
  2. Zinc and Vitamin C to heal the skin
  3. Glutathione, turmeric, coriander and Milk Thistle to support the liver
