How To Hydrate After Hard Exercise.
Singapore is HOT so even after a short jog we can loose a lot of minerals. Of course a gentle yoga or pilates class doesn’t require for much more than water but if you find you sweat a lot and feel totally wiped out after exercise you might need to change what’s inside of your water bottle- and we don’t mean by adding 100 plus or powerade to it.
Here is a great recipe for your water bottle:
½ water
½ coconut water
1-2 fresh limes
A few drops of trace minerals
pinch himalayan salt
