Sleep Hack#10: Exercise can help or hurt sleep
Exercise done early in the day can be a great way to help with sleep, however if done too close to bedtime it can really disrupt sleep by leaving you too stimulated before bed. Your body temperature stays elevated for a few hours after you stop exercising which can also interfere with your bodies natural regulation to cool down.
Try doing gentle yoga, pilates or go for a walk instead of anything high intensity 2-3 hours before bedtime.
