Why did we create membership? Because what we eat is only one factor to long-term wellness. We need to understand our health journey- what behaviours, genes and circumstances have led us to where we are today. Looking at in-depth functional nutrition testing we can see what’s happening below the surface so we can start to repair and restore. ⁠

2 ways to experience The Nutrition Clinic


Guided Membership


Grounded in functional medicine assessments, backed by nutritional and behavioural science, our 8 months guided membership programme helps you understand what it takes to make lasting, meaningful change.




The programme is ideal for those seeking high-touch support and looking to make the most of all available resources from TNC.




Self-Guided


For those who are motivated to guide themselves, we recommend doing the core tests. After your first consult and results review, your nutritionist will be able to recommend when's the next best time for your follow-up consults. Typically, the first few consults will be 4-6 weeks apart. Once you've reached health optimization, you can book a session with your nutritionist once a year to make sure your best health is maintained.
